This property is located on Waiatai Road, Wairoa and is owned by Nigel Tomlin and managed by Quentin Wilson. The property is summer dry with a rainfall of 1185 mm and heavy silt loam soils. 11 ha of plantain and clovers was established in autumn 2014 and a further 7 ha in autumn 2015. The aim is to achieve high performance with 1 year ewes over lactation so both ewes and lambs can be slaughtered in November.
